Challenge
- We will operate a new build CO2 plant. Operation of the plant also requires that SAP PM is in operation and filled with new plant information.
Insight
- Create a Plant Breakdown Structure (PBS) and periodic maintenance plan in line with Global Enterprise Asset Management standard of the customer.
- Setup a maintenance work process in SAP PM aligned with the customer’s Global Enterprise Asset Management standard including training of the employees.
Opportunity
- Identify any inconsistencies in engineering data set (PID’s, index lists and other sources) before project handover
- Effort and cost to resolve inconsistencies with engineering company and not with customer
- SAP PM ready for use from the start of operation filled with a consistent maintenance data set
